Hello!  Thanks for inviting me FrugalFrog!  My name is Jackie and it is nice to be here!  I am an eBay veteran.... having been a member since fall of 1997 and have been selling part time for 3 yrs now.

I enjoy going to thrift stores, garage and estate sales.  We recently remodeled our bedroom and with the exception of the bed and 2 or 3 small items, the rest of the room was completely decorated in thrift finds.  

But my real interest is mostly vintage pottery and kitchenware, but I will sell most anything.   I also use to be a doll collector so I know a bit about older dolls as well, but don't seem to find them very often anymore. ;(

Other then selling on eBay, I also own a small web design and hosting company that provides affordable services for individuals and small businesses. I believe everyone should have a presence on the Internet and cost should NOT be the obstacle.

I’m looking forward to getting to know more of you and reading and learning about your finds!   Hope to see many pictures as well.

Welcome Jackie! Glad to have you on the forum. Speaking of dolls, my wife's grandma has a ton of them and recently her aunt wanted to throw them all out, but we stopped her from doing so. I know almost nothing about them, but I was planning to take some photos next time we are there. Maybe you can see if there are any in there that are real collectibles??? I can post the images of them here.

Thats interesting that you are doing hosting and web design. I'm a web developer and also like to hit up garage sales on weekends. Anyway, good to have you here. I hope the forum will start to pick up some good steam. We are now #1 on Google for "garage sale forum"

Compared to last year we are on a good pace to become a nice sized forum. Just need to keep up the postings. Im going to try and post more pictures of stuff I get.

Hey Jackie.  I'd like to send you a "Welcome from Georgia" and say that I also dabble in web design and hosting in addition to my garage sale habits.  My wife lived in Mentone for a few years growing up.  She loves that area, and we plan on getting back up that way in the next year or so.
