Anyone out there doing yard sales in Southeast Missouri??

Never even been to Missouri.

Hi - I'm Evelyn from Ohio.  My friend is holding her garage sale tomorrow (2nd and last one of the season).  It's getting to cold here to hold sales - so I'll be living up to my name more for the next 6 months or so. (sigh)

Try a search on the site in MO around Friday night. That should tell you if there are some sales. Also, is there an online newspaper around that area? Ill see if I can point our search engine at it. Some cities/areas dont get as much coverage as others, due to the different sources we have.

Anyone planning a sale for next weekend in Fort Lauderdale Florida?

I live in Missouri.  I grew up around springfield, but now live near Columbia.

Leigh, how do you usually find good sales near your area?

I look in our local town paper on Mondays they have alot of yard sales ads in there.  I also buy the local paper on Fridays because alot of times there are alot more sales added for Saturday.  I also look for signs when we are yard saling.  Sometimes when our town doesn't have many me and my best friend go out of town to sales.  We go to sales together all the time and she keeps her ears open for anything that isn't in the paper and her sister also tells her about unadvertised sales.  Also were she works alot of people put signs up on the bulletin and she writes them down.
